| vacation has been good.... soo i went ice skating on tuesday w/ melli, brenda, thalia and we saw lyceumers... and i pretended i was like a superr skater michelle kwan and i did pair skating w/ thalia

then yesterday.... boston! and so we (impala '06 girls) were all going to meet up.. but most of us didnt have rides. so me and matt met up w/ vicky and jie wen and we were going to go skating at frog pond but it started to rain. and we went and got bubble tea and then went to karen's house and mena was there. then we made sushi! it was soo much fun and those girls are so funny. and we watched like this mouse and then me and matt went to see the incredibles magic kingdom adventure on ice. hah we were like the only nonkids/adults and at the end with these armbands they gave us, the audience saved mickey and minnie.

| ok so i think i learned more after tc. i think that i came with the wrong mindset that since ive been waiting for this alll year long that God was/had to do something amazing. i had been relying on a retreat than actually trying to seek after God everyday. after tc i learned that i had been reallyy blind to sin and not even realizied it at tc. hmm.. but God definitely has used people to speak to me, like jie wen. and so im working on living out the faith, not just having it in my head.
and like so i listened to this sermon like 2 weeks ago by mike pilavachi (the youth pastor of soul survivor the church of tim hughes and matt redman!) and it was about like how worship isnt what we can get out from it or how we can feel God during worship, but its our offering to God. and worship isnt just music, but it should all the time, i guess our lifestyle. and he said that at one point at his church (while matt redman was the worship leader) worship had lost its meaning and so they decided to stop having music and just to sit there in silence until like that could really offer up their heart, i think that is like totally crazy, but it worked. and i guess they learned to stop caring about who was leading, what songs were sung, or how good the instrumentals were. like at the end i thought that was a nice sermon and everything and i lovedd the tim HUGHES "i cast out the spirit of ugliness" part but didnt really think about it til tc. and i sooo want to go the uk and visit the church!

| yeah i just like woke up an hour ago... so TC 2006 was good. the theme was alt.shift and i was reminded of a lot of things from God i knew in my head, but never applied it. and alvin was reallyy funny. ok so my profile pic pretty much sums up what i did, knitting andd karen shu i finished it in time for attrace.. yeah i def messed up a bunch of times and lost a needle. i <3 our freshman (veggies) cabin this year. i got to know a lott of ppl from my grade this year. andd i didnt get to hang out w/ attrace and crystal a ton, we need to finish the rules! and vicky shum is totallyy awesome and grandpa george aka jorge, the arthitis is kicking up, i can feel it in my bones. and ok so me jane and lousia are making a movie called icy dead people. and we'll have the preview pics coming soon. haha the phone booth was smelly and squishy and had 15 ppl. the bus ride was fun w/ cucumbers, animal planet, kavin sleeping, talking about chinese school, umm doing interesting stuff to sleeping ppl and hahahah the gloves on our feet.. amy = lalalaTEX purple and me = the mysterious black lady... and then we got married and were dave crowder... so this year's theme was life hurts, God heals... it was fun the speaker (yo duffy) was as funny as ben glenn... the workshops were ehh... and i love applebees and esther's bday. i saw brittany from my christian club at school which was mucho cool.. andd the band that did worship, common cross theory were 1/2 wmrers!
